All sales of perfume products are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction once your order has been placed and shipped.

Damages and Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@erisparfums.com with your order details and photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
